We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to support the development of the HCIS (Human Capital Information System) project, covering backend, frontend, and database. The role includes building APIs, integrating systems, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and maintain end-to-end HC systems covering backend, frontend, and database layers.
• Build scalable and secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and/or Laravel.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces aligned with HR business needs.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL/MySQL databases ensuring data integrity, performance, and auditability.
• Implement integrations with mobile apps, third-party systems, and internal platforms via APIs and middleware.
• Design and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control (RBAC), and HR data security standards.
• Ensure system reliability through clean code, testing, documentation, and basic CI/CD practices.

Kualifikasi

• 4–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (Middle–Senior level).
• Strong experience with Python and/or Laravel (PHP).
• Solid knowledge of SQL/MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
• Experience integrating systems with mobile apps and third-party platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing SSO and authentication mechanisms.
• Familiar with security concepts: encryption, access control, secure API design.
• This position is a contract-based role with a contract duration of one (1) year
