We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support & Supply Team.
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the export sales function by managing order processing, handling sales administration documents, monitoring product deliveries, and overseeing the collection of agreed payments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage administrative documents related to sales activities through to delivery, including Credit/Debit Notes, Delivery Notes, Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Reports, and other related documents.
- Distribute shipping documents to relevant departments/units as part of the customer delivery process.
- Carry out administrative processes in the SAP system related to order processing.
- Review, compile, and update reports on customer payment statuses.
- Verify and issue invoices in accordance with supporting documents and customer payment terms.
- Review customer orders and monitor their fulfillment status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
