Kualifikasi

• S1 / S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA: S1: 3.00, max age: 26 S2: 3.25, max age: 28
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEIC min. 400 / TOEFL min. 450 / equivalent. We only accept score provided by official / authorized institution, valid, and non-prediction test/proficiency test.
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program.
• Have an interest to expand career in sales / marketing.
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support retail segment business in regional.
• Proactive and highly initiative.
• Strong in persuasion & negotiation.
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication.
• Oriented towards customer satisfaction.
• Good in critical & analytical thinking
