As part of the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable data solutions that support and empower business decision-making. You will work across the end-to-end data supply chain to ensure data is reliable, well-structured, and accessible for various stakeholders across the organization. Your main responsibilities include designing and developing scalable data solutions, building and maintaining data models using tools such as dbt, and creating both technical and user-facing documentation, including data models, data dictionaries, business glossaries, data flows, and architecture diagrams. You will also be responsible for solving complex data integration challenges across multiple systems, ensuring data quality and usability, and collaborating closely with business teams, analysts, engineers, architects, and management to support data-driven initiatives. In addition, you will apply modern data warehousing concepts and tools such as BigQuery and dbt, write and optimize SQL queries, and use scripting languages like Python for data transformation and manipulation. You will play a key role in supporting analytics and business intelligence initiatives by ensuring high-quality data foundations and enabling insightful dashboards and reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with fresh graduates welcome to apply, while prior experience (minimum 1 year) in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics is a plus. You should have strong proficiency in SQL across both RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and OLAP systems (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake), familiarity with dbt, and strong skills in Python for data processing. A good understanding of dashboarding, strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, a collaborative mindset, and a strong willingness to learn and grow are essential for success in this role.
