Creative and detail-oriented individual with basic skills in video editing, graphic design, and a foundational understanding of Human Capital and People Development. Able to produce engaging visual content, work effectively in teams under tight deadlines, and has a basic familiarity with e-learning and LMS platforms.

Tanggung Jawab

• Creating learning videos
• Designing posters and visual materials
• Managing and organizing content
• Collaborating with the Learning & Development (L&D) team
• Supporting HCBP in Organization Development

Kualifikasi

• Basic experience in video editing and graphic design (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or other supporting tools).
• High creativity in producing engaging and educational visual materials.
• Basic knowledge of Human Capital and People Development.
• Ability to work with deadlines and in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of e-learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
