Qualification: A Support Engineer solves problems submitted by Clients well and maintains the process of solving them smoothly and thoroughly; Provide remote and on-site support for all clients and projects; Ensuring proper recording and reporting of all issues; and Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients. Requirements: 1. Prior experience as an Oracle DBA is preferred. 2. Possessing an OCA, OCP, or OCM certification is a plus 3. Humble and open minded 4. High willingness to learn 5. Discipline, keen to detail, creative, and communicative 6. Minimum education Bachelor Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent 7. Have good knowledge of Linux Operating System administration Role: 1. Learn about delivery and job responsibilities. 2. Work thoroughly, carefully and responsibly. 3. Communicate flexibly, firmly and systematically with the team. 4. Perform systems support and database administration on the client premise. 5.
