As ADH, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and experiences to grow into a future leader in finance and operational functions at United Tractors’ sites and branches across Indonesia. Moreover, you will be exposed to various functions: Accounting, Legal Compliance, Procurement, Audit, Human Resources, Information Technology, Safety, and many more. As ADH you will: 1. Lead and monitor accounting and management processes at the branch. 2. Direct budgeting processes (OPEX and CAPEX), including planning, monitoring, variance analysis, and financial 3. reporting to support management decision-making. 4. Manage cash flow planning, AR, inventory, and asset utilization to ensure optimal financial and operational control. 5. Oversee day-to-day operation of several functions under the administrative department: finance, accounting, asset management, human capital, and general services. 6. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government. 7. Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and monitor accounting and management processes at the branch.

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduate or a maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analyst, Audit, Risk Management, or Economy.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities majoring in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated active involvement in organizations, internship, or community initiatives, with proven leadership experience.
• Willing to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
