Kualifikasi

• Strong portfolio that shows design process, problem-solving, and UI/UX projects (include your link in the resume)
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Engineering or related fields is preferred. (Terbuka untuk seluruh jurusan teknik dan desain)
• Fresh graduate or <= 1 year of relevant experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication & teamwork abilities
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Full-time role with a 2-year commitment
