Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning modules related to procurement division's technical competency. Collaborates closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure that development programs align with business needs and human capital management strategies.

Tanggung Jawab

• Design, develop, and implement learning modules focused on technical competencies within the Procurement division.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Ensure learning content supports both current and future business requirements.

Kualifikasi

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource, Psychology, or other related fields.
• Basic understanding on procurement and/or supply chain functions is a plus
• Passionate about learning & developments, especially in designing and delivering competency-based learning modules.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
