As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting stakeholders by leveraging and enhancing the organization’s data warehouse, while building scalable and reliable data solutions that ensure high data quality across the entire data supply chain. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines, designing scalable data architectures, and creating technical documentation such as data models, data dictionaries, business glossaries, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams. You will also integrate complex data from multiple sources into a unified platform, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems, while collaborating closely with business teams, analysts, engineers, architects, and management to support data-driven decision-making. In addition, you will work with modern data warehouse technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and web services, as well as write and optimize SQL queries for both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and OLAP systems (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Oracle). You will use scripting languages like Python or Scala to process and transform data efficiently, and support data science and analytics initiatives by providing reliable data infrastructure and tooling. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply, while prior experience (minimum 1 year) in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis is a plus. You should have strong SQL skills, proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, a solid understanding of dashboarding and business insights, and basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are important, along with a collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and strong ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
