Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for managing marketing administrative data, monitoring promotional material stock, and preparing operational reports to support management needs. Oversees promotional and OPEX claims to ensure payment accuracy, while addressing customer complaints with effective solutions. Ensures all customer service activities comply with company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Collect and manage Marketing division administrative data to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Conduct monthly stock opname of promotional materials to verify alignment between records and actual stock.
  • Prepare routine marketing operational reports for management needs.
  • Manage promotional and OPEX claims through SIP/BCS to ensure smooth payment and accurate finance records.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues by providing effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Ensure customer service delivery complies with company policies and procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D1/D2/D3) in Administration, Economics, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
