Deskripsi Pekerjaan

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of solar power projects to ensure they are completed on time, within quality standards, and according to the plan. This role involves coordinating teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Site Supervisor also acts as a liaison between project management and field teams to secure smooth operations and successful installations.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop working methods for solar power plant (PLTS) construction.
• Prepare project budget plans (BoQ) and implementation schedules.
• Create daily and weekly reports on project progress.
• Responsible for the quality of installation and system testing results of PLTS.
• Coordinate with related divisions to support project requirements.

Kualifikasi

• Interested in the field of renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and basic electrical knowledge.
• Able to work independently or in a team, and not afraid of heights.
• Possess good communication skills.
