1. Minimum bachelor’s degree from Psychology or Industrial Engineering 2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in HR Training, Organization & People Development Supervisor roles in a manufacturing company 3. Experienced in handling training processes, from administration to training evaluation methods 4. Experienced in designing development methods and implementing employee career development programs, including career planning & mentoring programs 5. Excellent leadership skill, also preferably has experience as a trainer 6. Possesses high resilience, determination, & time management skills 7. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written 8. Willing to be placed at Mojokerto, East Java
