The Supply Chain Operation is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process.

Tanggung Jawab

• Monitor production fulfillment to ensure all orders are completed on time.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing team, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
• Communicate with US-based headquarters and international stakeholders regarding supply chain updates, production status, and potential delays.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
• Maintain and update records on ERP systems and generate reports on production fulfillment.
• Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and international trade regulations.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience working with international companies or cross-border supply chain is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros).
• Familiarity with supply chain performance metrics (OTIF, lead time, inventory turnover)
• Fresh graduates with internships in supply chain/logistics will be considered.
