We are seeking a Mobile Apps Developer to develop HCIS mobile applications for Android and iOS. The role includes building secure, high-performance apps with biometric features, location-based controls, and seamless API integration with backend systems.

Tanggung Jawab

• Design and develop HC mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter or native technologies.
• Implement biometric features such as face recognition, liveness detection, and identity verification for HC use cases.
• Develop location-based and network-based controls, including geofencing, GPS tracking, and SSID lock.
• Integrate mobile applications with HR backend systems and Single Sign-On (SSO) securely via APIs.
• Ensure mobile application security, data privacy, and compliance with IT and regulatory standards.
• Manage mobile app releases, updates, and monitoring on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Ensure application quality through testing, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical standards, documentation, and team capability building.

Kualifikasi

• 4–6 years of experience as a Mobile Apps Developer (Middle–Senior level).
• Strong experience in Flutter or native Android & iOS development.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and handling secure authentication.
• Experience implementing camera, GPS, Wi-Fi (SSID), and background services.
• Knowledge of app publishing processes for Play Store and App Store.
• This position is a contract-based role with a contract duration of one (1) year
