Responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales visit activities, supporting field execution through Join Calls, coordinating RTM processes, reviewing JKS performance, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools to optimize sales operations.

Tanggung Jawab

• Monitoring Salesman’s visit results (JKS).
• Reviewing the applicable JKS.
• Accompanying Salesman on Join Calls to customers.
• Coordinating with users regarding their RTM process.
• Analyzing Join Call data from SCO, SPV, and ASM teams.
• Monitoring Salesman’s Plan Call vs Actual Call.
• Monitoring the CRM application.

Kualifikasi

• Final-year student or recent graduate from Business, Marketing, Management, or a related major.
• Interested in sales operations and field execution processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from data and field activities.
• Willing to accompany sales teams for field visits (Join Calls) if required.
