Bitera is a purpose-built, world-class data center located in the Kuningan area of Jakarta, Indonesia's central business district and a key internet exchange hub. The nine-story facility has a critical IT load capacity of 20MW across more than 8,600 square meters of colocation space, accommodating up to 4,000 racks, and is certified Tier-III+. The facility also holds ISO 27001 certification and Uptime Institute TCCD certification. Bitera is committed to maintaining five-nines (99.999%) availability through robust Service Level Agreements, supported by an experienced operational team ensuring seamless operations for its clients. Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise mechanical works during data center construction (HVAC, Cooling, Piping)
• Review mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Monitor installation progress, quality, and safety on-site
• Coordinate with contractors and other engineering disciplines
• Conduct testing and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Prepare mechanical progress and documentatiom

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in mechanical construction, ideally in data center/industrial project is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling system, and piping installation
• Familiar with Uptime Institute Tier Standards
• Experience with testing and commissioning processes
• Good supervisory and problem-solving skills
