Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare and monitor data related to promotional, sales, brand, and GT & E-Commerce channel activities, including visibility projects (wholesale & retail). Consolidate reports and manage Priority of the Month (POM) in line with Customer Marketing SOPs, policies, and regulations, to ensure promotional targets are achieved and brand operations run effectively and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and consolidate databases, monitoring, and evaluation reports for channel performance, programs, ITG, NPL, and existing products (weekly/monthly).
• Oversee promotional activities (FPP, activity mix, tactical promos, leaflets) and monitor budget usage to ensure efficiency and prevent overspending.
• Coordinate with internal and distributor teams to ensure accurate system input, program deployment, and clear communication to operations teams.
• Monitor and support SPG/MD performance, provide product knowledge, and manage brand activation activities (e.g., cooking demos).
• Identify and execute partnership opportunities with e-commerce platforms, sellers, influencers, and brands to expand market reach and boost sales.
• Analyze e-commerce industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities, while preparing proposals and partnership packages.
• Ensure accurate processing of purchase orders and support operational and administrative tasks, including OPEX management and CoE planning.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or related roles, particularly in the General Trade (GT) channel.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce, GT, and Food Supplier channels, customer segmentation, and FMCG market trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and tools.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
