Responsible for executing order-taking and sales activities in line with JKS and area responsibilities, achieving sales targets across all products and SKUs, implementing promotional programs in both General Trade and Food Service channels, maintaining existing customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and monitoring sales performance, particularly within the Food Service channel.

Tanggung Jawab

• Execute order-taking activities in accordance with JKS and assigned area responsibilities.
• Achieve sales targets, CA for all product, and selling SKU.
• Execute promotional projects and programs within the assigned area, covering both General Trade (GT) and Food Service (FS) channels.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customer outlets and acquiring new outlets or customers to expand the business.
• Conduct sales activities and monitor performance within the Food Service channel.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma degree from any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Service Sales, preferably in the bakery ingredients or consumer products industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong salesmanship, leadership qualities, and reliability.
• Passionate about field sales, with a high level of mobility and strong target-driven mindset.
