Deskripsi Pekerjaan

An HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring that all solar power projects are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role includes identifying potential risks, implementing HSE procedures, and monitoring compliance on-site. HSE also plays a key role in fostering a safe and environmentally responsible work culture to support the success of renewable energy projects.

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and implement K3 program and procedure in project area
• Evaluate and monitor working area to determine potential hazards and take appropriate action to correct any kind of hazards
• Create and socialize job analysis, HSE Plan, HIRA in the project area
• Recommend policy changes to better protect employees and the environment.

Kualifikasi

• Have a minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health/Environmental/Public Health or related major
• Have Certificate of Safety Expert (K3 Umum) will be preferred
• Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work from office as well as from project site
