As a Customer Service Digital representative, you will be responsible for serving and handling customer needs, inquiries, and complaints through various digital channels such as in-app chat, email, social media, and phone calls. Your main objective is to ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support, while enhancing overall customer experience and loyalty. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their questions and issues, demonstrating strong knowledge of the company’s products and services, and providing clear and helpful information. In this role, you will resolve customer issues by actively listening, identifying root causes, proposing effective solutions, and ensuring proper follow-up until the problem is fully resolved. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams such as technical support, operations, and compliance to escalate and address more complex cases. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency. We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving and communication skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply, while prior experience (minimum 1 year) in customer service is a plus. You should be familiar with customer service tools such as Freshdesk, Freshchat, or Freshcaller, and have proficiency in English. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays, along with a strong customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service in every interaction.
