As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving product development from ideation through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create value for both users and the business. Your main responsibilities include managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, defining product requirements, to launch and post-release evaluation. You will leverage data and user insights to support product decisions, as well as define and monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, data, and other stakeholders to develop new features and product enhancements, while also prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user needs. We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual who is passionate about building impactful products. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply, while prior experience of at least 1 year in product development or product management is a plus. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with a basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with engineers. Knowledge of SQL is a plus. Most importantly, you should demonstrate a positive attitude, high initiative, strong learning ability, and a strong drive to execute and deliver results.
