As a Product Manager for Data, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data engineering and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. You will gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders such as Data Analysts, Business Teams, and Product Teams, and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements, including detailed documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done. In this role, you will work closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions while managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies. You will also facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will proactively track project progress, risks, and blockers, communicating them effectively to ensure timely resolution, and continuously identify opportunities to improve product development processes and execution. The role requires balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, while staying up to date with emerging trends in data, analytics, and modern data technologies. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, while prior experience (minimum 1 year) in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data products, data warehousing, and analytics platforms such as BigQuery, along with experience managing technical projects in data engineering or analytics environments. You should be skilled in writing clear product documentation, user stories, and project plans, and familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are also required.
